Growing up in Africa I ate alot if traditional foods. One of my favorites was and still us Sudza. Made from corn meal it is a bland meal. However adding sauses and other relish dishes to ” dip” the sudza in makes all the difference.
To Make sudza you need a hearty spoon or spatula to mix while it cooks. Hence I made me a personal Sudza stick. The joy
