A novice outdoorsmen learning camping, fishing, bushcraft and survival. "KNOWLEDGE IS A SURVIVAL SKILL"
Posted on December 17, 2021 by novicesurvivalist
As you may have noticed I am a sharp and shiny fan. If it sharp, shinny and cuts I am interested. I look at alot of knives, axes, hatchets you name it. My favorite knife is the Bushlore from Condor knives. Probably the best bushcraft designed knife out there. Certainly one of the most popular.
Lately I have been looking at folding knives particularly from Europe. I own a Opinel No 8. Great knife and very popular amongst pocket EDC fans. I was researching other Europen makers and happened across another knife maker from the Ukraine. Although they specialize in fixed blade I decided to have a look….well. they got my attention, speaking of sharp and shiny.
They have a number of “based on the …” knives. Of course one was on the Bushlore. Priced at alot less. So I got it.
Well let me tell you…no wait let me show you. Check out my review on my YouTube channel. Click the link below. I am sure you will be as impressed as I was. They certainly got my attention. In fact I am now the proud owner of a couple of different models from BPS Knives. All full tang, sharp and shiny, well made with a very nice sheath to boot.
Remember Knowledge is a survival skill, including knowing a bargain for a gem.
Stay safe out there
